| We are a small non profit animal rescue dealing with mainly chinchillas and other small exotics. We also occasionally take in orphaned animals and bottle feed until weaned where they are further placed up for adoption either with us or another rescue group. We take our time and screen very carefully when placing our animals in to their new homes. This often means we keep them here for months to occasionally years at a time until we are positive that they are safe, happy and well taken care of. Animal Whispers is run by both myself (Meg) and my dear friend Heather (who I met through animal rescue) We are located in Kearny and Elizabeth New Jersey. I (Meg) am in the process of apprenticing to become a certified/licensed Wildlife rehabilitator for mammals and am a vet assistant. We are currently looking for fosters in the surrounding areas for Chinchillas, Cats and Kittens. If you think you may be able to help foster please contact one of us Via Email.
